The recipient of the offered 1955 Jackie Robinson government postcard must have been well pleased to receive the correspondence from the Flatbush hero. Postmarked August 30, 1955 in Brooklyn, the clear blue ink endorsement is preceded by a Best Wishes salutation. The centered autograph presents ("9") in both strength and clarity.
