In the 28th year of curse-stricken 85-year title drought, the 1946 Boston Red Sox hosted their first World Series action since 1918. Issued at Fenway Park for Game 4 of that tilt, this full ticket is encapsulated and assessed “Authentic” by PSA. The colorful voucher features printed event/seating details and the facsimile signature of Red Sox president Thomas Yawkey. The reverse is home to a diagram of the famed venue. The BoSox were felled, incidentally, by a 20-hit attack that day as Game 7 hero Enos Slaughter launched a home run.
